Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional charge of ₹20, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take 5–10 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing an order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at simmisparkles04@gmail.com.
