Refund policy

We offer returns / replacements only for damaged, defective or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, used or worn jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, colour preference, design preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. SIMMI SPARKLES reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.
